  1. What types of personal data are processed at ASWP?

ASWP processes personal data necessary for the provision of services and/or supply of products, within the scope of its activities, namely data relating to name, address, telephone contact, email address, and other data necessary for the provision of services and/or products may be collected, according to more detailed information made available to the holders of personal data.

  1. How do we collect your personal data?

Data is collected in the following ways:

  • Provided directly by the holder;
  • Collected in the context of the relationship established between the data subject and ASWP, and some of the personal data is mandatory for the provision of services and / or supply of products.
  • Personal data requested from the holder and processed with his consent.

The processing of your personal data includes, the registration, collection, consultation, use, adaptation, modification, storage, destruction of data, among other operations, within the scope of the activity developed by ASWP.

The purpose of the personal data collected is:

  • Contractual relationship management;
  • Providing services and/or supplying products;
  • Promotion of activities, initiatives, services, studies and projects in the waste area;
  • Actions of information, communication, awareness and marketing in the scope of the activity developed by ASWP (Newsletters, events, communications, studies);
  • Recruitment and selection;
  • Satisfaction evaluation;
  • Management of suggestions and complaints.

The grounds lie in legitimate interest, compliance with legal obligations, and management of the contractual relationship.

The ASWP in the pursuit of its statutory scope disseminates through newsletters its activities, initiatives, services, studies and projects, being able, if it so wishes, to oppose this sending.

In general, personal data is collected when you subscribe to one of our products and/or services. We may send you newsletters regarding similar products and services, and you may, if you wish, object to such mailing.

The retention period during which your personal data are stored complies with the time limits established contractually or under current legislation. In the absence of these, the retention period will vary according to the specific purpose for which they were collected, namely:

ASWP incorporates in its processes, in a logic of continuous improvement, administrative, technical and physical safeguards to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data processed.

The holders of personal data may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating, limitation, erasure, opposition to the processing of their personal data, removal of consent, and portability, except where indispensable to the provision of services and/or supply of products or to comply with legal obligations.

ASWP, as part of its activity, may use third parties to provide services, which may involve access, by these entities, to personal data. Measures are adopted in order to ensure that these entities offer the highest guarantees, and this is duly established and contractually safeguarded. In no case will the data be transmitted without your prior, explicit consent.
