The 1st Plenary Meeting of the Vidro+ Platform, was held on May 17, 2022, via Zoom. This session marked the beginning of a joint journey to enhance the circularity of this packaging material, in a closed circuit.

In this meeting, the proposed members for the bodies of the Vidro+ Platform were voted on – Advisory Board, Critical Friend, Consultative Committee and Scientific Committee – which will have a two-year mandate. All were approved unanimously, with the exception of the Scientific Committee, which was approved with one abstention vote.

The rules for communication were indicated, as well as initiatives to be carried out for the presentation and dissemination of the Platform. As for next steps, it was defined the preparation of the Roadmap, the regularity of meetings of each body, the Working Groups, meetings/visits to members, as well as an awareness campaign.
